Protreat Preservation Ltd is a family run business which established in 2009. We are based in Halifax and Huddersfield and also cover West Yorkshire, OL postcodes too.
We specialise in the treatment and prevention of damp, condensation control, cavity wall-ties, structural repairs, basement conversation, new build waterproofing, woodworm eradication, dry and wet rot treatments.
Highly Qualified Surveyors
Our surveying staff are fully qualified and hold the CSRT (certified surveyor in remedial treatments i.e. damp and timber specialist surveyors) and CSSW (certified specialist in structural waterproofing).
Dave the company owner has over 34 years within the industry from carrying out the remedial treatments, replastering, joinery and building works to progressing into a fully qualified surveyor and company owner.
We carry out surveys/inspections on all types of properties from historical buildings, churches, housing stock to commercial and private housing. We specialise in creating clear, concise, honest and accurate reports and we feel we are competitive when quoting for the works.
From our office staff to our technicians, we are highly trained, experienced, qualified and also polite, efficient, friendly, honest and most of all take the utmost pride in their work.
As members of the PCA (Property Care Association) the recognised association for our industry, you can rest assured that all of the treatments and works we undertake meet strict quality and performance standards. As a preservation company we carryout risk assessments on our contracts and comply with control of substances and hazardous to health regulations for your safety, we also strive to take great care when considering the individual job, environmental issues but more importantly your needs.
