“We have had a leak in our home for some time that we were unaware of. We were concerned it had caused timber damage. We contacted Protreat to which we spoke to a lovely lady who reassured that someone would come out straight away. That same day Dave came . He did a very detailed check of our timbers and found no work was needed. He also said any further concerns we had to just call and he would come out again. There was no charge for him coming out and for any further checks if needed. What a fantastic service from a local company. Thank you and would highly recommend Protreat.”

“Called Protreat out for a quotation. I was called in advance and then owner Dave came out on time and met me at the property. Dave was honest with me that the work wouldn’t be required and advised us on what to do to solve it without a professional being required – Honesty is always appreciated as rare these days and the company were great with their punctuality and communication as mentioned.”
